Information you choose to share
The quotation form asks for your name, email, telephone number, service requirements, property location, size and cleaning frequency. Company name, start date and additional information are optional. Please do not include sensitive information or details about other people that are unnecessary for the enquiry.
How the form works
The form prepares a message in your browser. It does not submit your details to a Brilla website database or send an automatic email. Clicking Send via WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with your completed enquiry. You then tap Send in WhatsApp to send it to Brilla. Form details are not saved by this website in browser storage.
How your enquiry is used
Information received by Brilla is used to respond, clarify your requirements and prepare a quotation. Handling an enquiry is necessary to take steps you request before entering a service agreement. If a service is agreed, relevant information may also be used to arrange and manage that service.
Third-party services
WhatsApp and your email provider handle information under their own terms and privacy policies when you use them. Links to Facebook also take you to a third-party service. They are not loaded as embedded widgets on this website.
Retention and your choices
Brilla should keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, the business relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations. To ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to processing, email the contact above. Requests are considered in line with applicable requirements. You may also contact Malta’s Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
Hosting
This review website is hosted using ChatGPT Sites. The hosting service may process technical connection data needed to deliver and protect the site. No advertising or analytics tools have been added by Brilla.
